FAQ

1. Can I return an Item I already have purchased and received?

Unfortunately No, you cannot return this item for a refund if you have purchased it, even if you have not opened it. Once the item has been shipped we cannot return it. Please ensure all details of the item are correct before making a purchase.

2. How do I rent an Item?

​

All items that can be rented are highlighted with a red "Or Rent" banner in the corner of the item thumbnail. Rent prices are displayed per month on the item product page. To rent after you have decided on your item please call or email us. If you wish to contact via email please use the rental reservation contact page found on the product page and ensure you include the relevant details.

 

3. How do I cancel an Item I have purchased online but have not yet received?

To cancel a shipment please call or email us as soon as possible. If your item has already shipped we will not be able to issue a refund.

4. How do I reserve a time for a service such as a repair or instillation?

​

To reserve a time for a service please visit the services page and follow the appropriate link to email us based on the service you require. You may also call us and describe what you want over the phone.
